WORKSHOP & TRAINING COURSES
The SPINEFITTER by SISSEL® was developed from the daily work in therapy practice & studio. It is versatile in individual and group training and can be used in a professional context.
Thanks to its unique shape, the SPINEFITTER can already bring about a loosening of the shoulder-neck area in simple resting application. The parallel spherical shapes provide mechanical stimuli to the muscles on both sides of the spine, resulting in an intensive massage. Various specially developed exercises and movement sequences can intensify and channel this perception so that “problem zones” can be addressed selectively.

NINA METTERNICH
Osteopath & Pilates Trainer
Studied Physiotherapy and became Osteopath (IAO International Academy of Osteopathy). Further education in USA to become a Pilates trainer in 1999. Since 2002 she is Master trainer for Pilates in Germany’s biggest Pilates school. She is connecting Physiotherapy with Pilates especially for pediatrics and during and after pregnancy. She is giving lectures in big clinics about Pilates and Therapy.
FRANK FELTEN
Pilates & Yoga Teacher
Frank is Polestar Pilates Trainer, SISSEL Presenter, Yoga Teacher, TRX Instructor, Laughter Yoga Teacher and Ayurveda Therapist. Frank takes part in worldwide held courses and workshops and gives all his experience and talent – added with love and enthusiasm – back to his clients. His home base is Tenerife (Canary Islands). Frank is doing what he loves and loves what he is doing.
ANETTE ALVAREDO
physiotherapist & Pilates trainer
20 years experience as physiotherapist and international educator in many parts of Europe. 14 years of experience as Pilates trainer for many schools. Since 1992 trainer of IFAA (International Fitness & Aerobic Academy) Establishing Pilates in Germanys highest women football league and in junior leagues. Working on newer trend for 3D fascia concepts.
ANNETTE PLANCK
Sport teacher & Pilates Trainer
Former gymnast and physical education teacher. Instructor for Germany`s biggest Pilates school and owner of her own Pilates studio since 2006. Diplom-Sport teacher, Polestar Pilates Instructor, studies Osteopathy at the International Academy of Osteopathy (IAO).

A dedicated and passionate fitness professional with over 25 years of fitness / Pilates movement training experience & a belief in an integrated approach to rehabilitation performance & enhancement training. Her 25 years includes extensive experience in working with football and tennis athletes focusing on injury prevention training programs and design.
